We carry out over 20 checks as part of our recruitment and selection process, below is a list of some of the higher profile checks we carry out;
- DBS checks – every 6 months.
- Children’s barred list check – every 6 months.
- Prohibition checks (NCTL) – every 6 months.
- Disqualification by association declaration.
- 2 year work history fully referenced.
- 10 year work history with no gaps over 3 months.
- Proof of identity – original documents seen.
- Proof of Address – original documents seen.
- Proof of qualifications– original documents seen.
- Face to face interview with every candidate.
